Ricardo Enrique Antequera has experience in the strategic evaluation of comparative protection allowed by the Copyright, Trademark, and Patent Law, for the effective management of Intellectual Property portfolios. His areas of practice cover licensing, defensive proceedings, annulment, cancellation, and opposition applications.

Furthermore, he was a University Professor in the field of Intellectual Property at Universidad Catolica Andres Bello of Caracas, Universidad Central de Venezuela, Universidad Metropolitana, and Universidad de Los Andes, and also was a visiting professor at Universidad Catolica of Tachira.

Currently, he is ranked in Band 2 for Intellectual Property in the Chambers and Partners Latin America guide (2017) and in Band 3 for Life Science. Also, World Trademark Review 1000 (2016) has awarded him the Silver status in Venezuela, and LACCA Approved (2017) ranking has listed him as number 1 for Intellectual Property Law in Venezuela and number 2 in Latin America.

Anabella Perelló is an experienced Branch Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the  company formation and management services, international trade, private wealth management, estate planning, corporate asset structuring and family office services. Ms. Perelló is a strong sales professional skilled in Negotiation, Operations Management, Customer Service, Strategic Planning, and Business Development. 

Throughout her career, Ms. Perello has specialized in counseling international entities for legal issues prevention and strategic decision-making.

Ms. Perello holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business Transactions and Comparative Law  from the University of San Francisco School of Law with a Concentration Certificate in Intellectual Property.
