Uniquely Knowledgeable.  Our head translator is not only a native speaker of Spanish and English, she is a Latin American attorney trained in Civil Law who holds a Master of Laws (Common Law) from the University of San Francisco with specialized experience in international law. In addition, she studied Translation and Interpretation at Florida International University. Knowing how to properly translate legal concepts is an art that goes well beyond their ordinary meaning of the words. Our language and interpretation skills, coupled with our legal knowledge, are a unique combination that allows us to provide the most accurate translations of your documents. We understand the nuances of the words because we have drafted, reviewed and translated a wide variety of English and Spanish legal texts, including business contracts, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property agreements and licenses.
